IMPACT assigns each patient a personal care team to provide support and guidance throughout their prostate cancer journey. Your care team will:

Connect you with IMPACT services and provide support before, during, and after treatment
Support Groups
IMPACT provides access to support groups throughout California, where men can share experiences and get help during their prostate cancer journey. Support groups offer:

How Do I Enroll?

What is IMPACT?
- A partnership between UCLA Urology and California Department of Health Care Services
- The largest prostate cancer treatment program of its kind in the country
- A FREE source of prostate cancer treatment offered to Californians with prostate cancer
Am I Eligible?
The IMPACT program provides FREE prostate cancer treatment for California residents throughout the state. You may qualify if you:
- are a California resident, living anywhere in the state
- are 18 years of age or older
- currently have little or no health insurance
- earn at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level. Click here for details.
- have an abnormal DRE or elevated PSA
- have been told by a doctor that you have prostate cancer
